We were heading home to New York from a weekend in Boston with our daughter and friend when we had an emergency tire leak. My husband called Mavis in Cambridge and they immediately got us in on a Saturday morning and changed our tire and we made him home safely to New York State. Andres and Darren were extremely helpful, polite and had excellent customer service. Our car was done within 1 hour. Thank you so much Andres and Darren. I would highly recommend this Mavis location. They were the best!!!!

Taylor was absolutely awesome, I was in and out in a couple hours with new tires at a great price. After trying a few of different places in the area and getting poor service or no callback, Mavis was a breath of fresh air. You can choose your tires online & there are no surprises, just friendly & efficient service. I’ll definitely be back!

I do not recommend this place to anyone! Big liars and scammers! Whoever comes here must take a good look at what they have done and double check the system! Instead of putting two of the same tires, they put different ones and enter completely false information into the system! They misuse the money for the guarantee they promise you and in the end they act like nothing happened!

On the wall, there was a sign that said $175 an hour the kind person covering the front desk when I signed in said that the job would take two hours and he would call me when it was ready. I assume that was thinking that I would leave. I waited. The job took 30 minutes. I was charged appropriately for the time, but had I left the premises. It’s likely that I would’ve gotten a call in two hours for a half hour job. I did not appreciate that as a business matter. I would advise against doing that as to customers. As for the work itself I had a very obvious hole in a flat tire on the driver side and was, quite satisfied Who are the replacement. My tires have not been rotated in a very long time nor has there been any other replacement of tires for my 2017 Honda Accord. I asked whether there could be a check on my remaining tires. I saw the same man who talk to me about the two hour time it would take to do the half hour job, Walk around the car and lean over and look at my tires. He reported that they were fine.

Until today, I had several positive experiences, but my experience today was exceptionally bad. Here are two reasons for my negative review: 1) Making an appointment online doesn't mean a thing. - I made an appointment online, but then when I showed up, I was told they couldn't take me today. They did try to call me earlier to say the appointment wouldn't work, but I was in meetings all morning, so I didn't get their call. Their online system should not accept appointments if they can't handle them. 2) You can't trust when the online system says a tire is available in a specific store. They apparently don't have a lot of tire options in stock on a given day. - Today after being told they couldn't see me for my appointment, I asked if I could come back tomorrow and they said no, because they didn't even have a single tire that could fit my car. I found that hard to believe since it's not like my car is an unusual one. Also, when I made the appointment for today, the online system specifically said that the tires for my car were available today in their store. Happy ending: After this negative experience, I went across the street to Pikipola tires where I got my tire replaced quick
